How to return an item
The whole flow takes less than two minutes to start.
Find your order
Go to /order/track and enter your order number and email. You'll see every item you bought, grouped by merchant.
Select items & reason
Pick the items you want to return, choose a reason, and add photos if the item is damaged or wrong. Submit one request per merchant.
Ship it back
The merchant will email you a return label or pickup instructions. Pack the items in original condition and send them off.
Get your refund
Once the merchant receives and inspects the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method — typically within 5 – 10 business days.

- Intimate apparel and swimwear once unsealed
- Beauty and personal care once opened
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Gift cards and digital products
- Perishables and consumables
Some merchants may extend or restrict this list — check the merchant's policy on the product page before purchase.
When will I see my refund?
Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Once the merchant receives and inspects your returned item — usually within 2 – 3 business days of delivery — the refund is approved and issued through Elevate. From there, it can take another 5 – 10 business days for the funds to appear on your card depending on your bank.
You'll receive an email each time the return status changes: when the merchant receives it, when the refund is approved, and when it's been sent to your bank.
