Visit /order/track and enter your order number plus the email used at checkout. You can also click the tracking link in your order confirmation email — each merchant in your order ships separately and you'll get a tracking update from each.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed in AED.
Once an order is confirmed, the merchant begins preparing it. To cancel or modify, contact us as soon as possible via the contact form — we'll relay the request to the merchant, but cancellation isn't guaranteed once items have shipped.

Currently we deliver across all seven Emirates of the UAE. See full shipping details including timeframes and fees. International shipping is not yet available.
Each product on Elevate comes from one of our merchant partners, who fulfills directly. If your order contains items from multiple merchants, each will ship in its own package with its own tracking.
